As the evenings draw in, the menu turns towards richer, deeper flavours. Expect red prawns raw or baked with pistachio, paccheri all’Astice, swordfish polpette and tuna tartare, each with a glass chosen to match. Best enjoyed on the terrace as the marina lights come on.
