This autumn, the sea takes centre stage at La Vela. From delicate oysters and sweet prawns to langoustines, octopus, lobsters, mussels, and clams, our kitchen celebrates the flavours of the season.
You’ll also find line-caught treasures such as John Dory fish, prepared by our chefs with the same care and provenance that define our cuisine. Paired with wines from our own cellars imported directly by us, every dish is an invitation to savour refinement by the water.
