Each course will be paired with selected wines, personally presented by the estate’s owner Marco Marinetti, a rare opportunity to taste the volcanic expression of Sicily through his own words and wines.

Each course is thoughtfully prepared to highlight the flavours and aromas of both the food and the wine, creating a special dining experience.
